We as ‘Team Samatva’ is an abstract concept that encompasses a state of equanimity, equality, indifference or uniformity. The term comes from the Sanskrit root word, sama, meaning "equal."
This concept is held in high regard in the Bhagavad Gita and it appears in a lesson that Krishna teaches about even-mindedness. And also it reflects the purest form of Indian culture.
Krishna references Samatva when he says that ‘success and failure’ should be treated alike. In doing so, an individual becomes indifferent to such ups and downs, thus, is liberated from them. He also says that enlightened beings see everyone in the same way, regardless of their outward appearance, because everyone possesses the same essential Self, or Atman.
Even Bhagavad Gita promotes Karma yoga as a means of coming closer to Samatva. Because it promotes tranquility and stability, it can help the practitioner achieve a state of equilibrium. Karma Yoga, the discipline of selfless action as a way to perfection leads us as a guide light for delivering the natures blessings. We the ‘Team Samatva’ consider this as the path of ‘action’, of putting in 100 percent effort, without being attached to the outcome... Because ultimately Nature takes care of everything Equally.
Hence in doing a business purely connected to nature, we as Team Samatva consider it as a blessing and on a day to day basis we try to achieve more and more perfection to the word ‘Equal’ Our concept is that every person is equal and there is no different strata as customer or supplier etc and we treat all as ‘Team Samatva’
