Going through a Definite Process

Our Factory is equipped with an excellent laboratory. With experienced, highly qualified quality control officers, we ensure that each and every block manufactured in our factory is thoroughly gone through all tests like E.C level, P.H.level and moisture etc.

Coconut Husk Procurement

We source Quality Coconut Husk from Kerala and TamilNadu, Southern States of India.

Once the husks have been received in our production plants they are stored centrally for at least six weeks, after which further processing can begin. The husks are beaten or decorticated to remove the fibres, which leaves us with coco peat.

Decorticator & Disintegrator

Process for stripping the skin & to break the coconut husk to reduce the strength in it.

The fibre that we remove from the husk is excellent for use in growing media. Coco fibres improve the capillary action of the growing medium. For this reason, they have to satisfy a number of strict requirements, e.g. in terms of length, thickness and EC. We remove the fibres by decorticating, beating or defibring the husk.

Washing Peat

Crushed husks are typically washed in fresh water to reduce the E.C. level. We have Four Washing Tanks and we are using a specific technology in washing to ensure that the material is evenly washed. Frequent Tests are done to confirm the E.C level of the material. One more cross check test will be there and finally, the washed material will go for the drying process.

We make sure that all fiber dry uniformly and the dried fiber will be free from dirt, mud, stones and other foreign materials. The washed material then dried to open sky in the cement yard. The Drying Process is undertaken in the vast spread cement yard which is free of foreign particles surrounded by a compound wall. The material will be collected at sufficient moisture. At this level, the test for moisture is done. Once the moisture level of the material is reached, it gets ready for screening.

Screened Peat

It cleans and separates the medium and short fibers from baby fiber and pith also to remove the outside substances if any presented in the washed material. We have revolving screeners, Bed type vibrators and sand separators that can be used to remove the outside substances if any presented in the washed material. Then the material will be ready for compaction.

Compacting

Use the dual tone schemes or mix them according to your needs.

We use high-end Coco Peat block making machines and Our well experienced skilled employees make our product a unique one. We have 5 kg block (300 X 300 X 100-120 mm) making machine, 1 Kg Brick and 650 grams block making machines.
